Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating a PerroOS account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use PerroOS.

Description of service

PerroOS is a cloud-based operating system for pet-care businesses. It includes appointment scheduling, CRM, GST billing, inventory management, staff management, WhatsApp communication, and analytics. Features available depend on your subscription tier.

Account registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at dev@perroos.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per business entity. Sub-accounts for staff may be created within your subscription limits.

Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Indian rupees (INR), inclusive of GST.
• Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing period.
• We use Razorpay to process payments. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
• Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of your account.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PerroOS, including customer records, pet profiles, and invoices. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Upon cancellation you may request a full data export within 30 days. After 12 months post-cancellation, data is permanently deleted.

Acceptable use

• You may not use PerroOS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or backend systems.
• You may not use automated scripts to scrape or bulk-export data beyond normal platform usage.
• You may not resell or sublicense PerroOS without written permission.
• You may not upload content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes third-party intellectual property.

Intellectual property

All software, design, trademarks, and content provided by PerroOS are the property of Perro Technocare Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription.

Uptime and support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Support is available via email at dev@perroos.in. We do not guarantee specific response times on free or Starter plans. Enterprise plans include dedicated support SLAs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perro Technocare Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PerroOS. Our total liability in any month shall not exceed the fees paid by you in that month.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Perro Technocare Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of PerroOS, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide 14 days’ notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
